Anyone can use google or eBay to search recently sold items but we have honed our skills to effectively research how national prices translate to local value. We are experienced with hoarding situations so we can clear out debris while we are organizing the liquidation sale.

The process is just like our estate sales except on a larger scale. We start with an in-person walk through to determine if it meets the liquidation criteria, determine the best way to perform the event, discuss the fees with you and timeline for the liquidation sale. Just like with an estate sale, there are no out of pocket costs for you and fees are taken from the proceeds.
