Estate Sales

An estate sale is a great option for someone who is deciding to downsize their home, relocate, or are the recent heir of a family's estate.

 

We formed this company to help ease the transfer of any situation in which items need to change hands. There are no out of pocket costs for an estate sale. We do require a minimum value threshold in order to host the sale.

Our process: 

• Set up a time to do a walkthrough of the property. It helps our team if you already know what is to be kept and sold, but it is ok if you are still deciding. 

• Next, a timeline will be established that works best for the client while also giving the team enough time to research, plan, and execute a successful sale at the property.

• It takes typically 4-6 weeks from first walk through to sale date. We research local as well as national prices and take a few weeks to advertise the sale in order to get the biggest crowd we can. 

• After the sale is finished, any unsold items are removed and proceeds are given to you.

After a sale date has been decided, we request that you don't throw ANYTHING away unless it's your everyday trash. You would be surprised what people will search for at a sale! Anything from opened cleaning bottles to art collections.
